We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice number or proof of purchase.

Returns within 30 days of delivery that meet the above conditions and where the goods were incorrectly ordered or no longer required will incur a return freight charge only. If you have requested a replacement product both the return freight to us and the freight cost of the replacement product will be born by the customer unless the replacement product meets our minimum order value for free shipping. 

Returns based on our “love it guarantee”. Should you wish to return a product that has not met your expectations please contact us within 30 days and we will gladly arrange a pick up for return at our cost. No charges will apply under our love it guarantee, however the product/s must be unused and in original packaging.

For all other returns, including product no longer in original packing/shrink wrap or is outside our 30 day Policy the following conditions will apply. Return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. Returns are at our discretion and will require photos emailed to us for approval.  

To start a return, you can contact us at accounts@greenearth.net.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns will require photos of condition prior to a return label being issued and will also require full payment of return cost as laid out on the return approvals letter attached with the return label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged, defective or wrong item will be void after 10 business day from delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and strip lighting. We also do not accept returns for discontinued stock lines, products open, installed or altered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
